On Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at PSF Secretariat, Mr. Stephen Ruzibiza, the Chief Executive Officer- Private Sector Federation (PSF) along with Mr. Ozen Ibrahim, the Chairman of the Turkey Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding concretizing the establishment of the Turkey-Rwanda Business Council.
The council is aimed at fostering trade relations between the two countries.
Specifically, the Council according to the PSF CEO promote trade, coordination, information, skills and knowledge sharing.
“Turkey is one of the major world economies, therefore, strengthening our relationship with the country is a right step that we expect will help us penetrate other global markets,” Ruzibiza said
Mr. Ozen said the initiative creates a channel for trade and investment opportunities in the two countries.
